Our Commercial team has a wealth of experience working with housing associations and other not-for-profit organisations. The team gives focused advice on diverse corporate, commercial financial matters including acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, standard T&Cs, GDPR and data sharing, company secretarial support, general commercial agreements, asset transfers, Board support including corporate governance and regulatory and compliance matters. The team has a dedicated employment specialist who advises on a wide range of people issues.
The team has worked closely with leading housing associations in the East Anglian region, and a partner has undertaken a regular secondment at the head office of a housing association with a turnover in excess of £130m. The team also has significant experience in both group and plc settings.
