The tenth edition of Outspoken will take place on Friday, 27th February 2015.

Outspoken is a quarterly event which aims to support local talent (bands, singer-songwriters, poets, writers etc) in the region. The event also doubles as a fundraiser for the wonderful causes championed by our local charities. A different charity is chosen as a recipient of the proceeds of each event. In the past we have supported the likes of Leeway Domestic Violence charity, the Norfolk Community Law Service (NCLS), the Norwich Foodbank, the Red Balloon charity for bullied children, Norfolk and Norwich Association for the Blind (NNAB), New Routes, Norwich & Central Norfolk MIND and the Big C.

All the proceeds of February’s event will go to the wonderful charity, Musical Keys, which is Norwich based charity that provides a service to children with special and/or additional needs across East Anglia. For over 20 years, Musical Keys has developed a comprehensive programme of music, movement and arts based activities designed to enable participants to learn new skills, build confidence and improve motor skills and coordination through enjoyable and interactive sessions.

We are now relocating to the larger, centrally located and spacious venue that is Café Marzano, The Forum, Millennium Plain, Norwich, NR2 1TF. The start time is 7:30pm and we hope to see you all there.
