Josh Price

Josh Price is a Private Client Executive in the Wills, Tax & Probate team.

Josh specialises in the preparation and execution of Wills and Codicils, preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Administration of Estates and Court of Protection matters.

After obtaining an LLB (Hons) Degree in 2013 from Anglia Ruskin University, Josh went on to qualify as an Associate Member of CILEx. He then worked at various well known law firms around Essex and Suffolk before joining Spire Solicitors LLP in March 2022.

Josh finds helping clients with potentially sensitive matters like Wills and navigating the sometimes complicated process of Probate to be extremely rewarding. His clients appreciate his personable, caring and understanding nature when assisting them.

In his spare time, Josh enjoys watching and attending motorsport races and gluten free baking. He, along with his fiancé, are the proud parents of two house-rabbits and a dog who was rescued from Romania.

Josh is also involved with Diversity Role Models, a charity which attends schools educating students and staff on sexuality, gender identity and the impact of LGBT+ bullying. Additionally, Josh is involved with the Colchester Coffin Club, a charity providing help and support to the community and providing information on their choices and options for low-cost funeral planning.
