Our Social Housing property team has many years of collective experience in social housing dating back to the 1990s. The team prides itself on its levels of personal service and sector knowledge. We act for many of the leading housing associations in the East Anglian region, who together manage some 40,000 homes, and have experience of acting for and with local authorities.
The team deals with all aspects of non-contentious property for housing associations and local authorities including land acquisitions and sales, RTB/RTA/VRTB, shared equity, shared ownership, open market and auction sales, development agreements, planning agreements, infrastructure agreements, S106 acquisitions and other miscellaneous property matters.
