RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATOR – Aylsham

Spire Solicitors LLP is one of the largest legal firms in the region, with head offices in the heart of Norwich, in the picturesque Cathedral Close, and six regional offices spread throughout Norfolk including offices in Attleborough, Aylsham, Dereham, Diss, Watton and Wymondham.

The Candidate

Reporting to the Aylsham Branch Manager, and working with the Private Client and Residential Property teams, this exciting dual role provides a comprehensive reception and administrative support for a fast paced and forward-thinking firm. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth running, efficient and effective management of reception, and providing administration support to locally-based Fee Earners within Private Client and the Residential Teams.

This role is offered on a full-time basis within our offices in the heart of Aylsham, close to the Market Square.

If you are able to demonstrate experience within administrative and/or receptionist roles, we would love to hear from you.

This is a small but busy office and you will be comfortable in juggling day to day admin tasks with answering the telephone, managing reception and looking after clients.

Private Client: Spire’s Private Client department is one of the largest providers of Private Client work in Norfolk. The department provides advice on all private client matters including Wills, Deputyships, Probate and the Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, NHS Continuing Healthcare, Cross-border matters, Trust administration and Tax Planning.
