Spire Solicitors LLP recently acted for Flagship Group on the acquisition of Colchester-based, Blue Flame Services which was acquired by Gasway Services Ltd, a subsidiary of Flagship Group.
Gasway is based in Norwich and operates across East Anglia, London and the Home Counties providing heating and hot water solutions for home owners, businesses and social housing landlords. Blueflame operates in Suffolk and Essex providing gas, oil, electric and renewable services. Together, the two businesses will be stronger and have greater competitive scale to take advantage of more opportunities across East Anglia.
