Spire Solicitors LLP Celebrate Expansion of Corporate and Commercial Department in Norwich

Spire Solicitors LLP is proud to announce that Ross Fletcher has recently completed his training contract with the firm and has accepted a permanent position within the Corporate and Commercial department.

Ross joined Spire Solicitors LLP in 2016 and during his two year training contract he undertook training in different departments to gain experience in various areas of law, including Family, Residential Property and Private Client, as well as Corporate and Commercial, which is where he will embark on the next stage of his career. His role will include assisting businesses with a broad range of commercial matters including drafting commercial documents and contracts, reviewing existing contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and shareholder agreements.

Commenting on his qualification, Ross said:

‘I have really enjoyed my training contract with Spire Solicitors LLP. I have gained experience in a range of legal areas and have learnt from highly trained specialists. I am delighted to be joining the rapidly expanding Corporate and Commercial department and am ready for the challenge ahead as the firm’s latest trainee qualified solicitor. ’

Further to Ross qualifying, the Corporate and Commercial team welcome the development of Shaylie McKay as part-time Paralegal, after being administrative assistant to the team for the past two years.
