Spire Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Ian Taylor to Associate level.
Ian joined Spire Solicitors LLP in 2016 and is based at the Firm’s Wymondham office. He has a wealth of experience in property work, both residential and commercial. A specialist in leasehold property, Ian deals with residential new-builds, shared ownership and buy-to-lets. He also has experience in negotiation and completion of commercial leases and business transfers such as shops, pubs, hotels and factory units. He is familiar with the licensed trade having also had recent hands-on experience as a bar manager of a social club.
