Spire Solicitors LLP (Spire) is pleased to announce the appointment of Matt Stolady as Head of HR.
Matt joins Spire with a diverse experience across all facets of HR and people management, Stolady will continue to drive various initiatives to make Spire an employer of choice for both current and future staff.
His main areas of focus will be to continue to attract, develop, and retain talent to support Spires’ growth strategy and strategic vision, as well as driving further the company’s cultural transformation journey. This includes highlighting a modern workplace in an agile environment, as well as wellbeing and diversity and inclusion. Together with his team of HR professionals, he will also continue to work on simplifying HR processes and driving data quality to allow for the strategic steering of people management topics.
