Abigail was professional, enthusiastic, and patient with all of my questions. She set out the agenda for the meeting, this included checking in with me to see what my understanding of the process was then highlighted the chronology with which she would give me information. She highlighted a couple of areas that she felt needed attention (for me to register/take home message). This was great as it focused my attention as there was a lot to take in. I had a lot of questions and Abi received them well. I asked further questions to deepen my understanding and she did not get annoyed, if anything, she gave me the context to the terms/clause, then related it back to my case.
I found it incredibly insightful and informative. Honestly, this was the best experience I have had with a legal team: I came out of the meeting feeling empowered instead of made to feel like ‘this is industry standard’ and ‘you tell us your questions are’, the whole point of ILA is so that you can understand the process then identify questions from a place of information.
I will be using Spire going forward and have asked Abi to recommend other services too.
