Although this was during the pandemic, we were kept up to date and all emails were replied to in a timely manner. I’ve found it easy to put trust in Sophie and knew our Dad’s estate was in good, capable hands. We would highly recommend Sophie and Spire to family and friends in the future. The death of a parent (especially the second of the two) can be a very trying and distressing time. However, at a time when all our lives were impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic, Louise was always kind, helpful, responsive, instilled a sense of confidence and calm and provided an understated sense of humour that helped enormously to deal with a very tricky and unhappy situation. I will be forever grateful. At this point, I wouldn’t know her if I fell over her in the supermarket but I feel she will always be much appreciated.
