About the DISPUTE RESOLUTION team
Spire Solicitors highly regarded dispute resolution team who specialise in all aspects of property disputes concerning commercial, residential and agricultural land.
They offer substantial expertise across the whole spectrum of dispute resolution work including landlord & tenant, adverse possession, development agreements, service charge disputes, professional negligence, rights of way, title disputes and beneficial interests.
The candidate
The successful candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience, preferably in a Dispute Resolution environment, excellent time management, organisational, IT and communication expertise, accurate typing abilities, a willingness to learn new skills, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional and confidential manner. The role will suit someone with a positive and flexible approach and an ability to remain calm under pressure in order to project the image and ethos of the firm at all times.
