Our Housing Management team provides excellent technical advice in resolving problems and providing solutions. We understand the wider issues facing residents and the impact recent changes in benefit entitlement and access to support services has on a community.
We work with housing providers to reach a pragmatic and cost effective resolution through mediation, discussion, liaison and court where appropriate. The team has provided housing management advice for over 20 years. We have acted for eight Social Housing Providers and a Local Authority giving advice and assistance on a variety of tenancy management issues relating to all types of residential tenancies and also in connection with commercial leases.
