Arran is a Paralegal in the Commercial Property team at Spire Solicitors, and is based in the Norwich office.
Arran holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Leicester and completed his LPC LLM at De Montfort University in August 2023. He will be starting his training contract with Spire Solicitors in 2026.
Arran provides support across various areas of commercial property law, including drafting leases, preparing licences for alterations and assignments, handling first registrations, processing Land Registry applications, as well as drafting contracts and transfers.
Outside of work, Arran is a passionate supporter of Norwich City FC and a season ticket holder. He also enjoys staying active by going to the gym.
