Claire James

Claire James is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive in the Wills, Tax and Probate team, based in the Dereham office.

Claire specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration and has a very keen interest in Trusts.

After earning her LLB Law degree from the University of Manchester, Claire went on to undertake her Legal Executive Graduate Fast Track Diploma (CILEx Law School). In addition to her legal qualifications, Claire holds a PG Dip in Classical Acting and Musical Theatre from the London Academy of Performing Arts, a BSc in Psychology with First Class Honors from the University of Derby, and a PG Cert in Human Resource Management at LSBU. This wide range of qualifications allows Claire to apply all the main facets of her education: legal, psychological and people management, to be able to help people in a focused and practical way.

Claire has a specific interest in Trusts and is a Full member (TEP) of STEP. She is also a Fellow of CILEX.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her family, and attempting to keep her creativity alive by writing novellas and folk songs.
