Daniella Elphick

Daniella Elphick is a Legal Secretary in the Dispute Resolution based in the Norwich office.

Daniella graduated from Middlesex University in 2022 with a degree in Law. During her studies, she demonstrated academic excellence, winning the ‘Best Evidence Student’ award in her third year for achieving the highest marks in the evidence module. This achievement secured her a placement at The Incorporated Council of Law Reporting for England and Wales (ICLR) at the Royal Courts of Justice, where she shadowed law reporters in the Criminal Court of Appeal and Family Division.

Alongside her studies, Daniella gained valuable experience volunteering at the Citizens Advice Bureau in Barnet, providing support and guidance to those in need. She also has two years of prior experience as a legal secretary in the family and litigation department of a firm in Great Yarmouth.

Outside of work, Daniella enjoys travelling, spending time with her goddaughter, walking her chihuahua, and helping her mum with their family-run B&B.
