David Fletcher is an Associate & Chartered Legal Executive in the New Build team specialising in residential conveyancing for new build properties.
David graduated from UEA with a degree in Psychosocial science in 2009, before then completing the Graduate Diploma in Law with BPP Law School in 2018. He is now a Cilex member working towards qualifying as a fellow of Cilex.
Before joining Spire Solicitors, David worked as a Conveyancing Manager for a London based property developer. He then worked for a national law firm dealing with new build conveyancing for national and local developers.
David is proud to offer an approachable and friendly service to his clients, providing clear and understandable advice.
In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family, property renovation projects and exercising at the gym.
