Elena Greenwood

Elena Greenwood is a Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team, based in the Norwich office.

Elena specialises in freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. She is currently studying part-time for her Law degree with the Open University and is entering her fourth year of study this October.

Elena began her legal career with a business administration apprenticeship at another local law firm, where she worked in the Clinical Negligence department for two years. She then spent six years at Ward Gethin Archer as a legal secretary in residential conveyancing before joining Spire Solicitors in September. Initially joining as a Conveyancing Assistant, Elena progressed to her current Paralegal role in March.

She is an Associate Member of the CIPD, having studied during the COVID lockdown, though she ultimately chose to continue her path in law rather than pursue a career in HR.

Elena is passionate about delivering a stress-free and efficient service to her clients. Her calm and reassuring approach helps guide clients through the conveyancing process, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Elena enjoys forest walks with her dog, reading a good book, and travelling to new places.
