June Salmon is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Employment team and People Services team and works from the Norwich office.
June has a strong background in employment law. She has worked across a range of sectors including insurance, the public sector, education and for private companies and individuals.
June advises on all aspects of non-contentious employment issues, including employee absence management, business restructuring and redundancies as well as managing grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals. In relation to contentious matters, June represents clients from the initial advice through to attendance at the employment tribunals. She is also trained as an accredited mediator.
In her spare time June enjoys a busy family life, as well as being a governor for her local sixth form College. June enjoys travelling, gardening, and DIY.
