Marie McMahon

Marie McMahon is a Senior Associate in the Wills, Tax & Probate team based in our Norwich and Aylsham offices.

Marie qualified as a solicitor in 2011, beginning her career in dispute resolution where she specialised in contentious trusts and probate matters. During her time working within this field Marie gained significant experience in multiple aspects of private client work including advising on the validity of wills, Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, variation of trusts and the removal and appointment of executors and trustees. This experience proved invaluable as Marie transitioned into non-contentious private client work.

Marie has a personable and empathetic nature and takes pride in providing clients with clear advice in a timely manner. Marie has a genuine passion for helping clients navigate personal legal matters with confidence.

Marie now works in all areas of Private Client law including Will drafting, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection and Estate Planning.

Outside of work Marie loves spending time with her husband, two young children and her wider family and friends. She also enjoys gardening, art and crafts and going on holiday.
