Melissa Richards is an Associate Chartered Legal Executive within the Residential Conveyancing team, based in the Aylsham office.
Melissa qualified as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in 2000 and specialises in all aspects of residential property work. She has a wealth of experience in acting for clients involved in the sale and purchase of both freehold and leasehold property, equity release, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and the sale and purchase of new build plots. Her aim is to make the conveyancing process as stress free as possible and she takes great pleasure in getting clients to their ultimate goal of buying and/or selling their property.
In her spare time she loves reading, theatre and spending time with her family.
