Molly Greenwood is a CILEx Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team at Spire Solicitors.
Molly began her career in law at a local law firm working as an Apprentice Paralegal in the Residential Conveyancing team in 2020. Ater 2 years, she successfully completed her Level 3 apprenticeship in Property Law.
Molly enjoys working in property law as she enjoys the direct contact with clients – particularly the call to confirm that their transaction has completed.
Molly’s clients value her calm and friendly approach, and in particular her empathy towards the inherent stress and confusion often associated with the buying process. Committed to easing this burden, she ensures clients remain well-informed throughout the process.
