Pauline Phillips

Pauline Phillips is a Senior Associate in the New Build team, based in the Norwich office.

Pauline is a Chartered Legal Executive with extensive experience working with developer clients at both national and local levels, in-house and in private practice. At Spire Solicitors, she brings her expertise to supporting plot buyers while continuing to manage site set-ups and plot disposals for developer clients.

Accustomed to working under pressure and handling high volumes of work, Pauline understands the importance of meeting deadlines to keep developments on track. This includes ensuring quick turnaround on enquiries and, crucially, getting the site set-up right from the start.

When acting for plot buyers, Pauline appreciates the need for clear communication and regular updates, doing everything possible to help clients secure the property they’ve reserved. She believes that keeping clients informed throughout the process is essential and always strives to see things from their perspective, recognising that buying or selling a property is a significant and often stressful milestone.

Outside of work, Pauline enjoys visiting the theatre and occasionally indulges in making ceramic pots..
