Rosanna Drinkhouse is an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property team, based in the Norwich office.

Rosanna specialises in Commercial Property transactions. Her experience includes property acquisitions and disposals, active asset management as well as property support for corporate transactions. Her experience acting for both institutional landlords and national scale tenants gives her the market insight to deliver pragmatic, balanced and commercially attuned advice.

Rosanna also represents private limited companies, public bodies and private individuals, tailoring her approach to each client’s objectives. Her recent work has included advice to leading UK institutional investors, renowned academic institutions and ambitious operational tenants.

Rosanna takes pride in supporting her clients’ ambitions by understanding how each transaction fits within their wider commercial strategy. She works collaboratively with clients, their professional advisers and counterpart legal teams to ensure transactions progress efficiently and constructively.

Beyond her legal practice, she enjoys leading walking tours of historic properties, researching local history and spending time with loved ones.
