Experience & Background
Sally Yaxley is a Senior Associate and Chartered Legal Executive in the Residential Conveyancing team and is based at our Norwich Office.
Having grown up and studied in the local area, Sally qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in June 2009 and joined Spire in January 2018. She has experience in a wide range of Residential Conveyancing transactions including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property, remortgages and transfers of equity.
She has also recently undertaken further examinations to gain independent practice rights in Conveyancing and now holds the additional title of CILEX Conveyancing Practitioner.
Sally works as a Professional Support Lawyer for the Residential Conveyancing team to provide senior legal support to the other fee earners, to assist with the smooth running, efficient and effective management of the department.
Sally is also the training lead for the department, and ensures that the team are kept abreast of changes to law and practice in the residential conveyancing field.
In her spare time Sally enjoys films, reading, walking and live music.
Sally is currently on maternity leave.
