Sam Kilburn is a Learning & Development Advisor at Spire Solicitors, based in the Norwich office.
Sam supports colleagues across the firm with their learning, development and professional growth.
Sam studied Psychology at the University of East Anglia before completing a Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology. Prior to joining Spire, he worked within the HR team of a wealth management company in London, where he was responsible for overseeing the organisation’s Learning Management System.
In 2026, Sam achieved his CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Organisational Learning & Development whilst working full time, a milestone he considers one of his proudest career achievements.
Sam is passionate about helping employees develop their skills and knowledge, and particularly enjoys seeing colleagues progress through training programmes, professional qualifications and career development opportunities. He is committed to supporting a culture of continuous learning across the firm.
Having recently relocated to Norwich, Sam enjoys exploring the city’s pubs and restaurants in his spare time. He also plays football on a Tuesday evening, although he is quick to admit it is not always at the highest standard.
