Veronica Madeira

Veronica Madeira is a Private Client Assisant and is based at our Norwich office. 

Originally from Portugal, Veronica first came to live in the UK in 2003 with her mother and son, who was born and bred here. They lived in Manchester for around 10 years, which is where she first started her legal studies, including with CILEX, and gaining experience in a small Law firm and for the Citizens Advice Bureau.

Veronica immediately fell in love with the old historic buildings in the city centre and Manchester’s urban vibe but, over time, she felt it was too cold and dark, so decided to go back to her origins. She moved back to Portugal and worked in Real Estate for over 7 years, in the sunny Algarve, providing support to foreign investors to help them find the right property and to guide them through the conveyancing and property management/rental processes. However, it was always a struggle to spend enough time with family as they stayed in the UK.

She always wanted to go back to work in the legal sector and found this was the perfect time for a complete change, so at the end of 2022 Veronica moved to Norwich. She joined Spire Solicitors as a Trusts archivist and is continuing her CILEX studies. 

In her free time, Veronica loves to just walk around town, to visit quaint little shops where she finds the most amazing treasures and to spend time with family and beloved 2 French bulldogs.
