Zach Spelman

Zach Spelman is a Solicitor in the Corporate Law team at Spire Solicitors LLP.

He can advise on a diverse range of corporate matters and transactions including providing advice to budding start-ups on their foundational legal requirements, share capital restructuring, acquisitions & disposals of shares or assets on various scales, among a variety of different matters.

Zach initially studied Philosophy at Oxford Brookes University, obtaining his Bachelor’s degree with honours. After deciding he wanted to journey into the legal industry, he later obtained a distinction in both his Graduates Diploma in Law at Oxford Brookes University and his dual Legal Practice Certificate & Masters of Law at the University of Law.

Zach is an avid long distance runner (when not frequently injured). He also enjoys cooking, walking his dog and going to the local pub on the weekend.
