Zillah Pagendam

Zillah Pagendam is a Legal Team Administrator in the Residential Conveyancing, based in the Norwich office.

Before joining the firm, Zillah worked in reception and conveyancing roles at two other local law firms, following a career as a Reception Manager in the Channel Islands. She began her professional journey after leaving Notre Dame High School with five O Levels, and has since built a strong foundation in client care and property transactions.

Zillah enjoys forming relationships with clients and guiding them through the first steps of their conveyancing journey. She finds particular joy in supporting excited first-time buyers and helping them navigate the process with confidence.

Zillah offers a sensitive and tailored approach. Whether clients are buying their dream home or selling due to more difficult circumstances such as probate, divorce, or care home fees, she ensures they feel supported from the outset.

Outside of work, Zillah loves animals (though currently pet-free), enjoys a good book, and has recently joined the gym. Her favourite pastime is spending quality time with her beautiful four-year-old granddaughter.
