Spire Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce its involvement in advising Flagship Group on the acquisition of land and partnership development agreement with Hopkins Homes for 300 market and affordable homes at Mill Grove in Stowmarket.
The acquisition completed at the end of 2019, and the completed development will comprise a collection of one- two- three- and four-bedroom new homes to help Flagship Group with their goal of solving the housing crisis in the East of England.
In March 2021, the first coupled move into their new home. Initially the keyworker couple had planned to extend their previous home to accommodate their growing family; however, after seeing the Mill Grove Development decided to take the next step up the property ladder and purchase a new build which had the extra space dreamed of.
Spire Solicitors LLP led the transaction with support from Katharine Chatters, Associate Solicitor, Spire Solicitors LLP. Hopkins Home were represented by Birketts LLP.
