Spire Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce its involvement in the recent acquisition of the business and assets of Andrew Dickson Limited on behalf of financial planners Lucas Fettes.
Lucas Fettes Financial Planning, was the subject of a management buy-out in April 2017 having formerly been part of the wider Lucas Fettes Group of companies. They provide financial planning services to personal clients, charities and several hundred employers across the UK.
The recent acquisition has allowed Lucas Fettes to add to their national footprint, as well as strengthening their presence in the Eastern region. Andrew Dickson Limited had a strong private client presence and, following on from the acquisition, the total private client assets under advice by Lucas Fettes now amount to over £700m.
Matthew Downing, a Partner and Head of Corporate at Spire Solicitors LLP led the transaction alongside James Hopgood, Solicitor. Lucy Churchill, Senior Associate, assisted with the Employment aspects.
