The Buyer is well-known for their luxury enterprise portfolio consisting of some of Norfolk’s most well-known staples which include The Assembly House, Norwich, The Pigs, Edgefield & Byfords of Holt, who also run the online cake ecommerce subsidiary SPONGE.
The transaction consisted of the purchase of the entire share capital of Drayton Old Lodge Limited by Wilson Developments Limited from the Seller, allowing for the Buyer to build 35 residential homes on the site in Drayton, Norfolk.
