Spire Solicitors LLP today announced changes to its Board composition and Management structure, introducing the appointment of two new Members, the appointment of a new Non-Executive Director of Finance and the appointment of a new Head of Commercial Property.
Joining the Members Board is Mr. Matthew Downing & Mr. Ejike Ndaji. The appointments took place on October 1st, 2019.
Matthew Downing jointly heads the Spire Solicitors’ Corporate & Commercial Team and specialises in corporate finance, advising clients on buying and selling businesses across a wide range of sectors. He has particular experience in advising large companies on acquisitions, selling owner managed and family businesses and acting for the selling and acquiring teams on management buyouts.
Ejike Ndaji, sits within the Spire Solicitors Private Client Team and specialises in all areas of Private Client law including Will drafting, Administration of Estates, Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection work and Estate Planning. Ejike also specialises in Charity Law and is a member of the Charity Law Association which is at the forefront of the developments in charity law and practice.
The Board is also pleased to announce Mr. Murray Graham as Non-Executive Director of Finance for the business; Murray has had many years working within professional partnerships in the region at partner level and has other senior financial roles.
Lastly, the Board is pleased to announce the promotion of Mrs. Protima Sikdar-Wood to Head of Commercial Property. After joining the Firm in September 2018, Protima has made waves in Norfolk through her work in Secured Lending, Investment, Development, Charities and assisting the Corporate & Commercial Team with acquisitions and disposals of businesses.
