Spire Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Craig Ward to Partner within the Residential Property Department.
Craig joined the firm of GHP (the forerunner to Spire Solicitors) in January 2006 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified in September 2007. After working in the firm’s Norwich and Wymondham offices, Craig relocated to the Dereham office in 2017 and is the local Head of Residential Property. He has a wide range of residential property experience including freehold and leasehold sale and purchases, re-mortgages and right to buys. He also handles commercial and business related property activities.
