Spire Solicitors LLP is pleased to announce the appointment of James Hopgood as a Solicitor within the Commercial Team.
James joins Spire Solicitors LLP after gaining a wealth of experience acting for household names to start-up businesses delivering advice on a range of business matters. James has particular experience in corporate transactions acting for buyers and sellers and in advising on high level contractual matters for suppliers and customers.
At Spire Solicitors LLP, James will be working closely with the team, focussing on matters involving business sales and purchases, services agreements, and banking arrangements. James will also be advising on a range of technical issues including data protection.
