We’re pleased to announce that Claire James, Chartered Legal Executive in our Wills, Tax and Probate team, has been approved as a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and now holds the professional designation of Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP).
STEP is the leading global professional body for specialists in inheritance, trusts and estate planning. Achieving TEP status is internationally recognised as a mark of expertise, integrity and specialist knowledge in these fields. STEP members are subject to a strict Code of Professional Conduct and ongoing professional development requirements, giving clients confidence that they are receiving advice from a highly qualified and trustworthy practitioner.
Claire specialises in Wills, estate planning, Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration, with a particular interest in Trusts and Trust administration. Claire’s TEP accreditation reinforces her technical ability in these areas and strengthens the trusted, specialist service she provides.
