Charlotte is a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Commercial Property team.
Charlotte grew up in Norfolk and went on to study law at the University of East Anglia where she graduated in 2009. Charlotte began her legal career in property law as a paralegal within residential conveyancing. Upon qualification in 2015, Charlotte gained vast experience in both residential and agricultural transactions.
Charlotte is now focusing on commercial property matters. She has a broad range of experience across all commercial transactions. Her experience includes advising both landlord and tenant on all aspects of leasehold transactions, acting for both buyer and sellers on acquisitions and disposals, refinancing commercial property and various development matters.
In her spare time Charlotte enjoys spending time with her young family and visiting her relatives in Cornwall.
