Rhys Estop

Rhys Estop is a Solicitor in the Wills, Tax and Probate team, based at our Dereham office.

Rhys completed his undergraduate Law degree, Master’s degree in Law and Legal Practice Course at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He began his legal career as a Paralegal before undertaking his Training Contract with another local firm. In February 2026, he joined Spire Solicitors as a Newly Qualified Solicitor.

Rhys specialises in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Estate Administration. He particularly enjoys helping clients with matters that are often sensitive and emotionally challenging, providing support and guidance as they plan for the future or navigate the administration of a loved one’s estate.

Known for his professional and empathetic approach, Rhys takes pride in explaining legal matters clearly and concisely, ensuring clients feel fully informed throughout the process. He is committed to providing practical advice and going above and beyond to support clients during important stages of their lives.

Outside of work, Rhys enjoys following a variety of sports, including football, Formula 1, boxing and darts. A keen Norwich City supporter and season ticket holder, he attends as many home matches as possible. He also enjoys listening to music, collecting vinyl records, attending live concerts, clay pigeon shooting and spending time with friends and family.
