Annette Collen is a Consultant in the Commercial Property team.
Annette joined the firm in December 2015 as a Partner. Annette qualified as a Solicitor with Mills & Reeve in 1986 after graduating from Leeds University (Class 2:1 LLB (Hons). In 2007 Annette became Head of the Commercial Property Department of a large Waveney Valley firm, before returning to Norwich in 2013. Annette has wide Commercial Property experience and now works at Spire’s Holland Court, Norwich office.
Over the last few years Annette has undertaken an increasing amount of property work relating to the Offshore Energy sector in the region. She has a wide and loyal client base with varied and diverse property portfolios. Her clients include a major statutory undertaker, a large regional retailer, a national car park operator, a number of offshore businesses and pension fund trustee owners of a business park.
Annette is a married mother of three children and lives in the Waveney Valley. She is a Norwich City fan. Annette served as a non-executive Director at the James Paget University Hospitals Trust for a number of years.
